Job Description

Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to support Aetherium's deal origination and evaluation pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for prospective merger targets
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis on Southeast Asian technology sectors
  • Support due diligence processes including financial, legal, and technology workstreams
  • Prepare investment committee materials and board presentations
  • Monitor public market comparables and precedent transactions

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, merger models)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Familiarity with SEC filings and public company reporting preferred
  • Interest in Southeast Asian technology markets

About the Role

Aetherium Acquisition Corp is seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Greenwich headquarters and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions with technology companies in Southeast Asia. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work on high-profile SPAC transactions from origination through closing.

What You Will Do

As an Investment Analyst, you will be at the center of Aetherium’s deal process, building the analytical foundation that drives our investment decisions. You will work closely with the Chairman & CEO and Managing Director, Asia-Pacific on live transaction opportunities, and contribute to the firm’s broader market research and investor relations efforts.
