Jonathan Chan is the founder and Chairman & CEO of Aetherium Acquisition Corp, where he leads the firm’s strategy to identify and merge with high-growth technology companies across Southeast Asia for listing on NASDAQ.

Prior to founding Aetherium, Jonathan served as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group, where he executed over $15 billion in IPOs, follow-on offerings, and strategic M&A transactions across Asia-Pacific markets.

His deep relationships with institutional investors, technology founders, and regulatory bodies in both the United States and Southeast Asia position Aetherium as a preferred SPAC partner for companies seeking efficient access to U.S. public markets.
