Sarah Patel serves as General Counsel of Aetherium Acquisition Corp, providing strategic legal counsel on all aspects of the firm’s operations, from SEC compliance and corporate governance to the structuring and execution of de-SPAC transactions.

Prior to joining Aetherium, Sarah was a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she advised on more than $30 billion in capital markets transactions, including SPAC IPOs, de-SPAC mergers, and cross-border acquisitions. Her practice focused on the intersection of securities regulation and M&A, with particular expertise in SEC disclosure requirements and proxy solicitation.

Sarah’s legal acumen ensures that Aetherium’s transactions are structured to protect shareholder interests while satisfying the evolving regulatory requirements governing SPACs and business combinations.
